This page explains how Now We Think handles the personal data it collects through the form on this site. It is a working document, subject to review.

What we collect
For the newsletter, only your email address. For a contact request, your name, email, message, and, if you choose to give them, your organisation and area of interest. For technical reasons we also store the approximate country and the date of the submission, provided by Cloudflare's infrastructure. We do not store your full IP address. To prevent form abuse, we briefly retain a hashed identifier derived from your IP, never the IP itself.
How we use it
To send you the communications you subscribed to and to answer your contact request. Nothing else. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.
Legal basis
Your consent, given when you submit the form and accept this policy.
Where it is stored
In a database operated by Cloudflare (Cloudflare D1), serving this site.
How long we keep it
Subscription data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask for its deletion. Contact requests are kept for as long as needed to reply and preserve the history of the conversation.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, its correction or deletion, object to its processing, and withdraw consent at any time. To do so, write to [email protected].
Unsubscribing
For now, unsubscribing is done by writing to [email protected]. Once automated sending is active, every email will include an unsubscribe link.
